Instructions
- Layer the Chicken
- Place 4 chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot or slow cooker.
- Prepare the Marinade
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine soy sauce, water, apple cider vinegar and minced garlic. Whisk until the mixture is completely combined. The marinade will be thin.
- Evenly pour the marinade over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.

- Cook
- Set your slow cooker to cook on high for 3.5-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the Chicken
- Once done, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot or remove it and shred it separately.
- Stir the shredded chicken back into the sauce for extra flavor.

- Serve
- Serve with rice and veggies.
